3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Scheduling a Cleaning

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice for scheduling or rescheduling.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on home size, service type, and cleaning duration.

  • Payment is due at the time of service or in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, online payments, and checks.

  • Late payments may result in a service cancellation or additional fees.

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide safe access to their home or business.

  • Pets should be secured or placed in a separate area for the safety of both our staff and pets.

  • Valuables and fragile items should be secured before cleaning begins.

  • If a cleaner cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the customer may be charged a lockout fee of [insert amount].

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services.

  • If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will offer a re-cleaning or discount at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided unless we fail to deliver the agreed service.

6. Liability & Damage Policy

  • Our cleaners take great care, but in the event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty surfaces, or improper installation of fixtures or appliances.

  • We do not move heavy furniture due to safety concerns.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service if:

  • A home poses health or safety risks (e.g., infestations, biohazards, unsafe conditions).

  • A customer is rude, aggressive, or uncooperative with staff.

  • Payment is not received before or at the time of service.
